I will take pictures of the current boat projects and post them in a few days, but right now I am going to tell you about where we are ‘living’ while we are working on the boat.
We are one mile above the Florida state line in Kingsland, Georgia at Country Oaks Campground. It is a very small campground with about 40 campsites, and more than half of those are snowbirds that are here for the winter, from Utah, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Ontario, New Hampshire, Vermont, etc. It’s quite a little neighborhood – very nice people. We are only about 1/4 mile off of I-95 and can hear the traffic, but have gotten used to it and really don’t hear it anymore (when we are home), but you would think we are out in the middle of nowhere by the looks of the place. There are trees with spanish moss hanging everywhere, a pond for fishing, a barn with two horses (Pistol & Spooky), banty hens (and roosters), as well as nine guinea hens. 
The horses alternate days out of the barn to roam through the campground – otherwise they push each other farther and farther out until they are on the main road and Trigger the every faithful Jack Russell terrier can only keep up with one at a time. The guinea hens run loose all the time and Shelby has a good time (when we are here) herding them up – Savannah would just like to catch one and eat it! I enjoy walking the dogs in the mornings and evenings so I can see where the new ‘campers’ are from. By far we have seen more license tags from Pennsylvania than any other state.
